Yo. This is Episode #86 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
We started off with a bit of rant as we have felt for a long time that the WWE lacks storytelling. Why did the Superstar Shake-up happen? How DID they do the Superstar Shake-up? Why are guys like Jinder Mahal, after losing forever, suddenly getting chances at the most important belt of a brand? We want to know why such things happen!
We also went over the first Raw and Smackdowns post-shake-up. And we went over the suddenly packed Payback card.
Thank you for listening, wrestling fans!

What's up, guys? This is Episode #85 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
It was our usual Raw/Smackdown review but we knew that this week was the "Superstar Shake-up." That meant some talent switched brands to freshen the shows and give us new match-ups. We talked about all the transactions and how they fit in their new brands. We also talked a bit of news (including Mauro Ranallo not returning to WWE) and a little early preview of the next WWE Pay-Per-View, Payback.
Thanks for listening, wrestling fans!

What is up, prograps fans? This is Episode #84 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
This is the second podcast this week and it's a good one. Former WWE ring announcer Justin Roberts stops by as we talked about his time with WWE as well as how he became a ring announcer, some stories from his stint there, and even his gimmick if he were a performer, among other things. Also, Justin just released a book called Best Seat In The House and you can find a copy of it through JustinRobertsBook.Com as well as online stores like Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
After the interview with Justin, we talked about the Smackdown After Mania as well as a review of NXT Takeover.
Thank you so much for listening. And many thanks to Justin Roberts for his time.
"The Rising Sun" (Shinsuke Nakamura's theme, Lee England Jr's remix)
"Broken Dreams" by Shaman's Harvest (Drew McIntyre's theme)

How's it going? It is Episode #83 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
WrestleMania 33 was just over with. And so was the Raw after Mania. And we talked about both events. Was Mania better than what we expected? And did we guess the surprises correctly? Also, did we like the Raw after? Was THAT better than what we expected? And did we like the fresh faces that were added to that roster?
This was the first of two podcasts this week. Thanks for listening!

"Loaded" by Zack Tempest (Hardy Boys' theme)

This week on a WrestleMania sized episode of The Match Beyond podcast, Hank and Mark McAllen join me to discuss our thoughts on the Hall of Fame ceremony on Friday and NXT Takeover on Saturday. What did we think of all the inductees this year and who are our top choices for next year? As for Takeover, we go match by match with all our thoughts and analysis on what was a tremendous show for the brand. We discuss who could potentially move up to the main roster, what we thought went right and wrong with the broadcast, and also just how important the Drew McIntyre signing is for the brand. Lastly, we wrap up with some of our favorite WrestleMania moments, both live and watching on TV. There are some great stories told during this part of the show. Check it all out and be sure to leave all your feedback to me on Twitter @KTankTMB!

Yo! It is Episode #82 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
It is WrestleMania weekend! It's the biggest weekend in all of wrestling. Lots going on in the news including Goldberg's feelings his current run, Shawn Michaels and A.J. Styles match that wasn't to be, Kane running for mayor, and others. Also, we briefly went over the last Raw and Smackdown before WrestleMania.
And then we made our picks on NXT Takeover: Orlando and the humongous WrestleMania 33 card. Aren't you ready for the ULTIMATE THRILL RIDE?! And remember that your wrestling week doesn't end there as we still have the Raw and Smackdown afterwards!
Thank you for listening. Enjoy the Showcase of the Immortals.

Hey, guys! We are now at Episode #81 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde. We talked about a lot of things. We had the usual Raw/Smackdown hot and cold segments. We went over the large WrestleMania card. We also talked about who is inducting who in the WWE Hall of Fame, the hilarious Southpaw Regional Wrestling bits, and that awful invasion of wrestlers' privacies.
Thank you for listening, guys. We really appreciate it.
"Break Down The Walls" (Chris Jericho's theme, first version)
"Here Comes The Money" by Naughty By Nature (Shane McMahon's theme)
(As An Aside: At the time the podcast was recorded, Jim Ross's wife, Jan, was fighting for her life. She passed away last night. Our condolences to their family and friends. We are thinking of them at this very difficult time)

This week on The Match Beyond podcast, both Hank and Mark McAllen are back to talk three things on my mind. First we get into all things Ring of Honor. With Manhattan Mayhem and the 15th Anniversary PPV behind them, all things are leading to Supercard of Honor, which looks to be a great show. We discuss all the positives that have transpired over the last month, but also look into the question marks that are sure to be coming after their big WrestleMania weekend show. After that we take a look at where we stand with WrestleMania. How could they allow Nakamura and Balor to not be on the show? How long is too long for the show's runtime? Lastly, how much does The Miz need this win against John Cena and just how much of a push should he get from here on out? Our final topic is a leftover fan question from our episode two weeks ago. What makes a hall of famer? It's a timely discussion as we talk about this year's class potentially being the best ever. We also take a look at some current fringe hall of fame possibilities and discuss what makes them or does not make them worthy at this time.
It's a fantastic episode, so be sure to check it out and then leave all feedback to @KTankTMB on Twitter!

This is Episode #80 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
We are two and a half weeks away from WrestleMania 33 and per usual, we review Raw and Smackdown. And also as usual, we didn't think Raw was up to snuff. Also, we didn't think Smackdown was that hot but it did have a couple of angles we liked. Then we ran down the current and perceived WrestleMania card.
Thank you, guys! We appreciate the listen.

This week on a special edition of The Match Beyond podcast, I welcome the host of the hottest podcasts going today, Conrad Thompson! Something to Wrestle With Bruce Prichard and What Happened When with Tony Schiavone are tearing up the charts right now and doing huge numbers. So as a fellow podcaster, I wanted to get behind the scenes and see how these shows came to be. Who came to whom to make this happen? How do they come up with topics for each week? What topics will they never touch? What's in the future and just how big can these shows get? Also, an unexpected drop in from Bruce Prichard himself! All this and so much more in what is a very spirited and passionate conversation.
Be sure to send all feedback to @KTankTMB and @HeyHeyItsConrad on Twitter!

Welcome to Episode #79 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
This is our second podcast this week as we talked about Smackdown and the now-clear plans for the WWE championship match at WrestleMania. Also, we talked about some news which includes Alberto Del Rio/El Patron going to TNA and the long-overdue Ravishing Rick Rude going to the WWE Hall of Fame. We also took a gander at John's ongoing greatest WrestleMania matches list and we did a little Q&A from the readers and listeners.
Thanks, guys! We appreciate the listen.

This is Episode #78 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
Fastlane is done and no more PPVs until WrestleMania! We didn't necessarily think Fastlane was a great show and we talked about why. We did like Raw a little bit more and considering our feelings towards the Monday night show, it's a bit refreshing. This is the first of two podcasts this week.
Thank you, guys! We appreciate it.

"Ambition and Vision" (Austin Aries's theme)

On the latest episode of The Match Beyond podcast, we asked for your questions and you guys came through in a big way! Mark McAllen joins me to discuss all sorts of topics such as the overhaul in Impact Wrestling in the last week, why certain people are in the Hall of Fame and some aren't, what is the greatest theme song of all time, who's the greatest big man of all time, what's the worst gimmick of all time, what should AJ Styles standing at WrestleMania be, and SO MUCH MORE. You guys asked great questions and we answered them all. Check it all out and be sure to stay until the end to hear who my very special guest will be next week on a special episode of The Match Beyond.
Be sure to send any feedback, and any more questions you may want answered on the air, to @KTankTMB on Twitter.

We have reached Episode #77 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
We covered a lot of news, which includes Beth Phoenix's induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, Kurt Angle's scheduled return, and Jack Swagger asking for his release. We also reviewed Raw and Smackdown, which is the usual; we sigh over Raw's unexciting booking and we praise Smackdown's fantastic storytelling. Oh, yeah. Fastlane is coming up and we preview Raw's first standalone PPV of the year.
Thanks for listening, guys! We really appreciate it.

Here we go! This is Episode #76 of the TJRWrestling Podcast. Brought to you by TJRWrestling.Net. Hosted by John Canton and Rey Moralde.
Lots of news going on, including Diamond Dallas Page going to the WWE Hall of Fame. Also, we talk about Raw (which has been better as of late) and Smackdown (which continues to be consistently good). What direction is Kevin Owens going? Which road is Raw taking on the way to WrestleMania. And what about Smackdown? Even with a botch, which fork of the road is Smackdown taking on the way to Mania? Lots of questions and we like our WWE that way.
Also, rest in peace, Ivan Koloff, George "The Animal" Steele, and Nicole Bass.
Thank you so much for listening.
